Sharing and exports
Dashboards can be shared with teammates, embedded in other tools, or exported as static files for presentations and reports.
Share links
Section titled “Share links”Generate a shareable link from any dashboard:
- Open the dashboard and click Share.
- Toggle Enable link sharing to on.
- Copy the generated URL.
Shared links can be set to one of three access levels:
| Access level | Who can view |
|---|---|
| Workspace members only | Anyone signed in to your workspace |
| Anyone with the link | No sign-in required (public) |
| Password protected | Viewers must enter a password you set |
To revoke a shared link, return to the Share dialog and toggle link sharing off. Existing links immediately stop working.
Embed code
Section titled “Embed code”Embed a dashboard as an iframe in an internal tool, wiki, or customer portal:
- Open the Share dialog and select the Embed tab.
- Adjust the embed dimensions if needed.
- Copy the
<iframe>snippet and paste it into your target page.
PDF and image export
Section titled “PDF and image export”Export a static snapshot of a dashboard for reports, slides, or compliance records.
- Open the dashboard and click the ⋯ menu.
- Select Export.
- Choose PDF or PNG.
- The export is generated in the background and downloaded automatically when ready.
Exports capture the dashboard as it appears at the moment of export, including applied filters and current data.
Access controls on shared links
Section titled “Access controls on shared links”For dashboards shared publicly, you can add optional controls:
- Expiration date — The link stops working after a set date.
- Filter lock — Prevent viewers from changing dashboard filters.
- Watermark — Add an overlay with the viewer’s email address (Enterprise only).
